The National Institute for Learning Development (NILD®) is an alternative plan for
parents of children who struggle to learn. NILD® developed the strategies used by
Rising Discoveries for learning that offers hope. Founded in 1982, NILD’s continued
goal is to equip individuals with learning differences to succeed academically and in life
as independent learners.

Rising Discoveries educational therapy is your reinforcement beyond tutoring. Through
the research-based strategies, Rising Discoveries focuses on the whole learner’s
cognition, perception, academia, and emotions by addressing the root learning
challenges of ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, subject matter challenges,
thinking and learning difficulties. The approach is individualized and intensive mediated
learning. Compensatory techniques are avoided.
